Careers with CO-101
From training to real opportunities — building the next generation of digital platform creators.
At CO-101 CIC, we don’t just deliver training — we create careers. Our flagship Careers Pathway is designed for those who want to go further, combining platform building with AI for business applications. This isn’t classroom theory. It’s real work, real clients, and real futures.
1. Overview
The Careers Pathway bridges the gap between education and employment. Participants are trained in digital platform creation and AI literacy, then placed into supervised work experience within CO-101’s own divisions. Those who excel will have opportunities to secure paid contracts, freelance work, or employment across our ecosystem.
2. Training & Support
Learners follow a dual curriculum:
-
Platform Builder Pathway – full training in Wix Studio, digital infrastructure, SEO, monetisation, and project management.
-
AI for Business Pathway – applied AI skills drawn directly from our founder’s MSc, covering prompt design, ethical use, and enterprise applications.
We also remove financial barriers. CO-101 CIC supports participants in applying for grants, bursaries, and training funds to cover the cost of their learning. This ensures access is based on talent and ambition, not personal circumstance.
3. Work Experience
Graduates don’t just leave with skills — they apply them. Participants join live CO-101 projects across our six divisions: Factory, Music, Some1Else, Studio, CIC, and MarieMills.uk. All work is carried out under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect clients and ensure professionalism. This hands-on experience provides a unique bridge into the digital industry, where learners contribute to meaningful, real-world builds.
4. Opportunities
The Careers Pathway doesn’t stop at training. The strongest graduates progress into freelance contracts, paid project work, or permanent roles across the CO-101 network. By aligning learning with real business needs, we ensure that skills translate into jobs — creating a pipeline where education flows directly into employment.
5. Safeguarding & Professional Standards
Every participant commits to the highest professional standards. NDAs, data protection, and confidentiality are non-negotiable. Alongside technical training, we provide mentorship, safeguarding, and wellbeing support to prepare participants not just for work, but for sustainable professional lives.
“The Careers Pathway is open to everyone, with a particular focus on creating access for those often excluded from digital careers — including people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and neurodivergence. We design flexible learning models that adapt to health, not the other way around.”
