“Programmes, Training & Courses”

We integrate AI into every programme with purpose — making technology accessible, ethical, and community-led.

Programmes, Training & Courses

We design delivery that is practical, flexible, and impact-driven. Every programme is shaped to meet people where they are and to give them tools they can use immediately — whether that’s a one-day workshop or a full six-week course. As a CIC led by an AI for Business specialist, we embed ethical, accessible AI tools across our work, helping participants not only use technology but understand it in a way that empowers, not replaces, people.

Short Courses

Our short courses run between 4–6 weeks and are built around a mix of technical and life skills. Sessions are interactive, hands-on, and designed to leave participants with a finished outcome — whether that’s a digital project, a business idea, or a creative showcase.

🔹 AI Integration: Participants are introduced to entry-level AI tools to support their learning — for example, AI for idea generation, project planning, or simple design. We teach them how to use these tools ethically and critically, showing where AI can help and where human judgement is essential.

Workshops & Intensives

These are one-off or weekend sessions designed to spark curiosity and deliver quick wins. Each workshop introduces a focused skill or theme — from digital literacy and enterprise basics to music production or storytelling — giving participants something tangible to take away.

🔹 AI Integration: Quick demos of AI-powered apps (like transcription, creative prompts, or budgeting tools) are built into each session. Participants leave with not just the knowledge, but live examples of how AI can cut time and boost creativity responsibly.

Community Projects

We deliver collaborative projects that bring groups together to create something lasting for their community. This could be a neighbourhood music initiative, a digital storytelling archive, or a youth-led enterprise campaign.

🔹 AI Integration: AI tools are used to support storytelling, data collection, and project management — but always alongside human leadership. We stress ethics and transparency, teaching participants to ask critical questions about ownership, bias, and authorship when AI is involved.

Enterprise Bootcamps

Our bootcamps are practical, high-energy programmes that guide participants step by step through the process of turning ideas into ventures. We cover business planning, financial literacy, branding, and digital tools, all grounded in real-world examples.

🔹 AI Integration: Bootcamps include AI for market research, financial forecasting, and branding mock-ups, helping participants accelerate their plans. Crucially, we teach how to use AI responsibly — as a support tool, not a substitute for human creativity or decision-making.

Creative Pathways
These programmes open doors into industries that often feel closed off. Participants get hands-on experience with creative tools, access to professional networks, and the chance to showcase their work on industry-standard platforms.

🔹 AI Integration: In creative fields, AI is used as a collaborator — e.g., generating beat ideas, assisting with video editing, or experimenting with visual concepts. We emphasise ownership and rights, making sure participants understand how to protect their work in an AI-driven landscape.

Train the Trainer

We believe impact multiplies when knowledge is shared. Our Train the Trainer programmes equip teachers, youth workers, and community leaders with the same resources and confidence we use in our delivery.

🔹 AI Integration: Trainers are given access to ethical AI toolkits that help with curriculum planning, accessibility (e.g., transcription, translation), and student engagement. We train leaders on how to introduce AI safely and responsibly to their own communities, extending our values far beyond one programme.
