CO-101 CIC is a Community Interest Company dedicated to creating pathways in empowerment, wellbeing, and digital growth. We support young people, neurodivergent individuals, and marginalised communities through practical programmes that combine creativity, enterprise, and technology.
 

What We Do

We design and deliver short, focused programmes that are hands-on and accessible. Each programme blends technical skills (like digital literacy, creative production, and enterprise training) with essential life skills (confidence building, wellbeing, and financial awareness).

How We Work

CO-101 CIC runs alongside Conglomerate 101 Ltd, giving us direct access to professional infrastructure, digital systems, and creative networks. This unique link means every project we deliver has the backing of real industry experience and future-facing technology.
 

We collaborate with venues, councils, schools, and community partners to ensure our programmes reach those who need them most. Whether it’s a six-week Saturday course in music production, a digital skills workshop, or an enterprise bootcamp, our delivery is always practical, inclusive, and impact-driven.
